Welcome To Kolkata Institute of Management

Clear your mind. Stop thinking that staying within prescribed boundaries is the best way to learn. That is an approach best left at school, and for people who are content simply to know, but not necessarily to think.
KIM and its significance in Indian Scriptures:
The word ‘KIM’ in Sanskrit Language represents the interrogative curiosity or inquisitiveness of a human being. In English language it has equivalent of ‘What’, ‘Why’, ‘How’ and ‘Wherefore’. ‘KIM’ is highly significant word. All Indian scriptures and epics like Mahabharata, Ramayana, Upanishads, and Geeta begin with some question, query or enquiry for clarification of doubts, confusions, fears and misgivings about basic truth, fact or reality. The eternal philosophy of India has faith and conviction that once these doubts are clarified one becomes ‘Shuddha’ (Pure in existence), ‘Buddha’ (Aware of reality) and ‘Mukta’ (Free in actual sense). Such a free person, beyond the limited existence, lives highly focused and holistic life for society in particular and humanity in general; following the principle ‘Let your light shine for God and country’.
